How to Root: Part 1

We are back guys with our series of how to root and in this article I am going to give you step to step guide to root SAMSUNG GALAXY S4.

P.S : We won't be responsible for you if you get your phone "bricked", continue on your own risk.

Step 1: This is not a step but a pre step to look for before rooting, go to system settings then go to 

            about phone and note down the model number of your phone.(GT-I9500/i9505)

For GT-I9500:

1. Download cf-auto-root: Click Me
2. Connect your phone to pc.
3. Open odin
4. Go to download mode by holding the volume down + home key+ power key at the same time, then press volume up.
5. Extract and Flash the file via odin (AP or PDA)

For GT-I9500/I9505

1.  Download philz touch recovery GT-I9500 : pCloud Dropbox or Download CWM recovery: Click Me.
2. Connect your phone to pc.
3. Open odin.
4. Go to download mode by holding the volume down + home key+ power key at the same time, then press volume up.
5. Flash the recovery via odin (AP or PDA) (if you are on i9505 uncheck auto-reboot) - After the device reboots.
6. Download the SuperSU or Dropbox.
7. Go to the recovery by holding the volume up + home key + power key at the same time.
8. Flash the SuperSU file from recovery (Select "Install zip") and locate the file.
9. Reboot.

And there you are done !!! Now you can install any custom ROM's in it and have much more fun..
